THE MISSION

It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to our learning institution Ennyston Schools. It is not just a school, it is a child development center and we stay true to our motto through the development of children that are exceptional every day in every way. Our mission is to provide positive catalystic impulses to every CHILD to stretch their inherent learning competences through a self-discovery process. We aim to develop well rounded children who will go on to be pacesetters in their various fields of endeavour.

With our recognition of the immense value of excellent human resources, we have assembled the finest, experienced and committed team of tutors who have a passion for the educational excellence and moral uplifting of your children.

We have invested and would continue to invest in progressive teaching methods and facilities to deliver the highest quality of education to your children. We do not only aim to develop children morally, physically and academically we are also focused on their well-being and health, and this is highlighted with the constant presence of an experienced registered nurse and counsellor in our health bay at every time.

At Ennyston Schools, the uniqueness of each child is recognized, nurtured and treasured. Emphasis is on LEARNING and not on teaching. Therefore, learning activities are designed exclusively for each child’s needs, and individual attention is given to every child in order for them to maximize learning in a way peculiar to each child.

Our Focus/Vision is to develop our students as global citizens, with tolerance, respect and appreciation of diverse cultures and religions for a life-time learning experience. They should be self-motivated, independent, confident decision makers to take up a leadership role in future.

Board Chairman

Sylvester Olabisi Fatusin attended St. Pius Primary School Igbotako via Okitipupa and St. Joseph’s College, Ondo in Ondo State where he obtained the West African School Certificate (First Division). Both are Catholic Missionary Schools. After secondary school, he proceeded to the United States of America to study Chemical Engineering at Howard University, School of Engineering and Achitecture, Washinton, DC. He graduated with a BS degee in Chemical Engineering in July, 1976. This was followed by a Master’s degree in Engineering Administration in May 1980 from George Washington University, School of Engineering and Applied Science also in Washington, DC. He returned to Nigeria in December 1981 and did his one year NYSC obligation with Gulf Oil Company Nigeria Ltd (now Chevron Nigeria Ltd). From there, he joined the Nigerian Nigerian Agip Oil Company Ltd (NAOC) where he spent his entire working career. He started first as Gas/Petroleum Engineer-in-Training with work location in Lagos and he was transferred to the company’s Port Harcourt base shortly thereafter. He rose to the position of Petroleum Engineering Manager in NAOC Petroleum Engineering Department before he retired from the company in 2010.His entire career with the company was devoted mainly to producing oil from petroleum reservoirs using the most efficient and effective management, engineering, technological and economical means based on the laws of physics, chemistry and geology. He has been engaged in part-time consulting in the Oil and Gas industry since his retirement. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. He is married with children.

PROF. Ola Familoni is a Professor of Management and Entrepreneurship. She is the President and Founder of the International Centre for Leadership and Entrepreneurship Development (ICLED) and the ICLED Business School & Consultancy Services. ICLED was founded 17 years ago in Nigeria.

Prof. Ola Familoni has worked with various organisations locally and internationally, managing various projects. Some of these organisation/projects include: World Bank projects; DFID UK (Deepen projects for schools business development for low cost private schools); she has also worked as a Training Consultant to the Lagos State on Training of Teachers and Principals. She currently occupies the seat of the Chairman, board of trustees at Wisdom College, Magodo, Lagos State (an A levels School)

Prof. Ola Familoni has passion for working with school owners and Head of Schools towards overall school development and to create an effective and sustainable operational model that aligns with the 21st century learners. She is blessed with a wonderful family who are based in Nigeria and the USA

Yusuf Quadri A. is a renowned Mathematics teacher in both primary and high school at several reputable schools on both mainland and island for over fourteen (14) years. He graduated from the well-known Federal College of Education, Akoka in the year 2012 as an NCE holder in Mathematics and Computer studies. He had a training on Montessori from the prestigious Greensprings Montessori Workshop, Lekki in the year 2013 and training on Integrating the British and Nigerian Curricula from Meadow Hall Consult in the year 2015. He also had a training on Effectiveness, Efficiency and Capacity Building from Bliss Training Institute, Ajah in the year 2016 with a lot of several online courses on Educational Technology. He was the academic officer of a reputable school in Ibeju Lekki axis where he carried out the following duties: Mark and correct weekly delivery note used by facilitators; work with different subject heads to review the scheme at the end of every session; recruitment and assessing staff performance; identify and suggest areas needed for training. He is an enthusiastic and energetic professional dedicated to providing students with the abilities and potential to master the necessary skills to become responsible, well-educated members of the community .He has an unwavering commitment to instill confidence and self-esteem by providing open lines of communication and welcoming attitude when approached by students. He is sensitive to different perspectives, encouraging student feedback regarding teaching methods and applying it to enhance learning.
